Development and Innovation of Design and Manufacture Model of Weighing Sensor
[Abstract] The core of "Industry 4.0" is the digitalization and intellectualization of manufacturing industry; the essence of "Made in China 2025" is the deep integration of industrialization and informatization, taking "innovation drive, structure optimization, quality first, green development" as the guiding principle of manufacturing development. In this paper, how to integrate information technology and manufacturing technology to realize digital, networked and intelligent design and manufacture for weighing sensor enterprises is discussed, including structural design mode innovation, manufacturing process mode innovation, key manufacturing processes to promote automation and intelligent transformation, and the establishment of digital weighing sensor. This paper introduces the basic way of three-dimensional digital design and manufacture, which can be used as a reference for weighing sensor enterprises to promote digital and intelligent manufacturing.
